2. Data processing is based on the consent of the data subject and continues until the consent is withdrawn.

3. The purpose of data processing is marketing purposes, including sending commercial offers electronically.

4. The data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. They may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the meaning of Article 77 of the GDPR. 5. Data will be stored for the period necessary to process the application, and if consent has been given for data processing for marketing purposes – for the fulfillment of those purposes and for the period provided for by applicable law.

6. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

7. Providing data and consenting to its processing is voluntary, not a legal requirement, and the data subject may refuse to give consent. Lack of consent will mean you cannot be added to the mailing list and will not receive marketing content.

8. The recipients of your personal data may be entities that perform the sending of newsletters, mailings, or autoresponders on behalf of the Administrator.
